Currently a resident of Forestville, Maryland, Dr. Leo was born in St. Louis, Missouri and began singing solos at the tender age of six.  He received an academic scholarship to Lincoln University  (MO.)  and graduated with a Bachelor of Music Education degree with an emphasis on vocal studies. His masters degree is in Media Information and his Doctorate is in Higher Education Administration. A retired university professor, he is active as a tenor soloist, ordained elder in the Church of God, officer in his alumni association and a successful entrepreneur (who specializes in health & beauty). Dr. Leo is a Talent for the Linda Townsend Management Agency  for Acting and VoiceOver  Production. He has appeared in a number of Movies, Industrial Films and  Commercials.
He represented Team USA at the World Championships for the Performing Arts in Hollywood California, August 2005.  This event is called the "Olympics for the Performing Arts" and was represented by 41 Countries. He won Gold Medals for Gospel and Broadway and a Silver Medal for Opera.
Classically trained, he sings Opera, Oratorio, Broadway and contemporary Christian music. This background is reflected in his debut CD release titled "To Love Him is to Know Him".
